This colorful watercolor on paper is my second re-creation of a series of temples at the Mayan ruins of Tulum, or any Mayan site in Mexico. It is not an accurate depiction of the buildings at Tulum but more a "vibe" of the place. I've visited over a dozen Mayan ruins sites and want to give a sense of the ancient otherworldly sense of those places. They are such fascinating places!
